2. Refunds for Damaged Items Only

To be eligible for a refund due to damage:

Without proper photo/video proof, we will not be able to process a refund.

3. Refund Process

  • If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed on 2-3 business days to your original payment method.

  • Alternatively, you may choose store credit or a replacement item (subject to stock availability).
