  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Domestic Shipping: Typically delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary, generally between 4–22 business days, depending on the courier and destination.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping charges are displayed during checkout and are final.

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Warehouse Hours: Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Address Changes: Allowed before dispatch — please contact us as soon as possible.

  • P.O. Box and Military Shipping: Available via postal services only.

  • Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Our delivery partner will send you tracking updates.

  • Kris Amour will also send you a confirmation email with your order and tracking details.
    Please monitor your email inbox (and spam/junk folders) for tracking updates.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos or a video of the damage.

  • Contact us immediately via live chat or email.

  • Reports without photo/video proof may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

  • If possible, reject the parcel from the courier and notify us at once.

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  • Contact us promptly so we can open an investigation with the courier.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after the investigation is completed and the parcel is confirmed lost.

  • Sales Tax: Included in the prices displayed on the website.

  • International Orders: Duties and taxes may apply. Customers can pre-pay these fees at checkout to avoid customs delays.
    If duties and taxes are unpaid and the parcel is returned, refunds will be issued minus return shipping costs and initial shipping fees.

  • We accept returns for change of mind within 1 day of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit (excluding shipping fees).

  • Orders may be not canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations must follow the Return Policy.

  • All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value declared by the courier.

  • For damaged parcels: A refund or replacement will be processed after the courier investigation is complete.

  • For lost parcels: A refund or replacement will be issued after the courier confirms the loss.
